The Panel Bumper Upholstered Bed Frame brings together two of the most popular upholstered bed details into one easy-to-live-with design. The headboard features soft vertical panels that add quiet texture to the wall behind the bed, while the padded bumper side rails keep the whole frame feeling tailored and soft to the touch.
The vertical panel detailing is a clean, modern alternative to deep buttoning or heavy Chesterfield looks. It works well if you want the bed to feel considered rather than ornate, and it pairs comfortably with both minimalist and more layered bedroom styles. The full upholstered finish, including the matching base, gives the frame a cohesive, boutique-style feel without the heavier price tag of a fully bespoke piece.
The frame is a platform design, so your chosen UK mattress sits directly on the supportive base. It's available in 3FT Single, 4FT Small Double, 4FT6 Double, 5FT King and 6FT Super King, making it a flexible pick for main bedrooms, guest rooms and teen spaces.
Styling tip: the vertical panels cast soft shadows under bedside lighting, which gives the headboard a bit more depth in the evening. The design suits plain bedding, layered throws and simple, understated bedside styling.
Key features: padded panel headboard, upholstered bumper side rails, fully upholstered base, platform build for UK mattresses, five UK sizes, and a clean, contemporary silhouette.
Before ordering, check the dimensions for your chosen size, measure doorways and stair turns, and confirm mattress compatibility. The Panel Bumper is paired with your preferred UK mattress (sold separately) to complete the sleep setup. A balanced option for shoppers who want real style without complicated detailing.
