We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled for orders placed through our Shopify store.
1. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order is cancelled before the bed has been produced, you will receive a full refund.
If your order is cancelled after the bed has already been produced, a 35% production and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. Returns
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition or does not meet the conditions above.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
We may ask for photos or additional information in order to assess the problem.
4. Access and Size Responsibility
Please make sure before placing your order that the bed will fit through doorways, staircases, hallways, and into the intended room or space.
If the bed is delivered in good condition and there is no fault with the product, but it cannot be taken upstairs or does not fit into the intended space, we cannot offer a refund or return. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitable access before ordering.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable number of days.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
